Please clear the cache in your Web Browser if you are having difficulties logging into any school apps.
- Clear your web browser cache completely.
- Close the web browser.
- Open the web browser and attempt to login again.
Instructions to clear the cache in various browsers are below.
Desktop Computer Browsers
Shortcut

Mobile Browsers
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
- Open your iPhone's Settings. This is a grey app with gears that's likely on your iPhone's Home screen.
- Scroll down and tap Safari. It's about a third of the way down the "Settings" page.
- Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data. This button is near the bottom of the "Safari" page.
- Tap Clear History and Data. It's at the bottom of the screen. Doing so will delete your search history, saved form data, and cached files from Safari.
- Open Chrome. It's a white app with a red, green, yellow, and blue shaped sphere inside.
- Tap ⋮. It's in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Settings. This option is near the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- Tap Privacy. It's near the bottom of the page.
- Tap Clear Browsing Data. You'll see it at the bottom of the group of options on this page
- Tap Clear Browsing Data. It's at the bottom of the group of options here.
- If any options on this page don't have a checkmark next to them, tap them to select them for cache-clearing.
- Tap Clear Browsing Data when prompted. It'll appear as a pop-up window. Doing so will clear your browser's history, saved form data and passwords, and cached images
- Open Dolphin. It's a green app with the white silhouette of a dolphin on the front.
- Tap ☰. It's at the bottom of the screen, to the right of the house icon.
- Tap Settings. This option is in the bottom-left corner of the pop-up menu at the bottom of the screen.
- If you don't see Settings, swipe left across the menu.
- Tap Clear Data. It's near the middle of the page.
- Tap Clear All Data. This option is at the bottom of the pop-up menu. Doing so will remove all saved data from your iPhone's Dolphin browser.
- If you simply wish to clear the cached data, tap Clear Cache instead.
- Open Firefox. It's the red fox encircling a blue globe.
- Tap ☰. This icon is at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Settings. You'll see this option in the bottom-right side of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Clear Private Data. It's beneath the "Privacy" heading.
- Tap Clear Private Data. It’s the last option on this page. You can slide any options on this page to the “off” position to avoid deleting the data for them.
- Tap OK when prompted. Doing so will remove all selected temporary browsing data from your Firefox app.
Android
- Open the Internet browser and tap the the Menu button (⋮). If your device has a physical Menu button, you can press it instead.
- Tap "Settings" in the menu. You'll find this at the bottom of the menu.
- Tap "Privacy & security." This will open the privacy options for the browser.
- Tap "Clear cache" at the top of the menu. You'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete the cache.
- Open the Samsung browser ("Internet") and tap the Menu button (⋮). If your Samsung device has a physical Menu button, you can press that as well.
- Tap "Settings" in the menu. This will open a new screen.
- Tap "Privacy" in the Advanced section. This will open the Privacy menu.
- Tap "Delete personal data." A list of checkboxes will appear.
- Check the "Cache" and "Cookies and site data" boxes and tap "Done." This will delete all of the browsing cache from the Samsung browser.
- Open the Chrome browser and tap the Menu button (⋮). If you don't see this, you may need to pull down on the page.
- Tap "Settings" in the menu that appears. On smaller phones, you may have to scroll the menu down to see it.
- Tap "Privacy" in the Advanced section. This will open a new menu.
- Scroll down and tap "Clear Browsing Data." This button is at the bottom of the Privacy menu.
- Ensure that "Cache" and "Cookies, site data" are checked and then tap "Clear." This will delete all of the cache for Google Chrome
- Open the Firefox browser and tap the Menu button (⋮). This can be found in the upper-right corner of the screen. You may have to pull down on the open page to see it.
- Tap "Settings" in the Firefox menu. This will open a new screen.
- Tap "Privacy." This will open the Privacy menu.
- Scroll down and tap "Clear now." You'll find this in the "Clear private data" section.
- Ensure that "Cache" is checked and then tap "Clear Data." This will delete the cache (and anything else you had checked) for Mozilla Firefox.
- Open Opera and tap the "O" button in the bottom-right corner. This will open a small Opera menu.
- Tap "Settings." It has a gear icon.
- Tap "Clear browsing data." This will open a new menu.
- Check the "Clear cookies and data" box and tap "OK." This will delete all of the browsing data from Opera, including your cache.
- Open Dolphin and tap the Dolphin button at the bottom of the screen. You'll need to be at the top of the web page for the buttons along the bottom to appear. Tapping the Dolphin logo will open the Dolphin menu.
- Tap the "Clear data" button. It has a picture of a broom as an icon.
- Ensure that "Cache and site data" is checked. This should be checked by default.
- Tap "Clear selected data." This will delete Dolphin's cache and close the menu.
- Open the Settings app on your device. You can delete the cache for any browser by deleting the app data. This will sign you out of the browser and revert all of your settings as well.
- Select "Apps" or "Applications." The wording will vary depending on which device you are using.
- Find and tap the browser you want to clear data for. All of your downloaded apps will be listed in the "Downloaded" tab. If the browser came preinstalled on your device, use thee "All" tab to find it.
- Tap "Clear Data." You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete all of the data for the app. Tap "OK" to confirm.
